Goals

I've started a new blog to keep track of my weight loss efforts. I only need to drop about 10-15 pounds, not too much, right? I bought a scale and thought writing down what I do and eat every day will make me more accountable and less likely to slack off. Well, it sounds good anyhow ;) Check out Goals to check up on me. Still working on the interface. I might look for a chocolate chip cookie theme :)
