Summer 2010: Learners will begin the process of preparing for a career in IT (Information Technology) leadership. Because each individual entering the program comes with a unique background and skill set, learners will use a systematic process for setting career goals, with a focus on individual strengths and developmental areas. They will then focus on a variety of professional development skill areas to align to student goals, including communication skills (written, verbal and non-verbal), presentation skills, influence and networking within and across organizations, and working effectively in cross functional teams.
